Dr. Bernd Malmström

Dr. Bernd Malmström byl v prosinci 2005 jmenovaný do dozorčí rady a 26. září 2006 zvolený za předsedu dozorčí rady. Promovaný právnik studoval v Kiele a ve Freiburgu. Dr. Malmström pracuje jako advokát. Předtím zastával různe vedoucí pozice u Deutsche Bahn AG, Stinnes AG, u Schenker-Rhenus-Gruppe a též u VEBA AG. Dr. Malmström má mandáty v následujícich podnicích: BLG Logistics Group AG & Co. KG (Dozorčí rada), Deutsche Afrika-Linien GmbH & Co. KG (Dozorčí rada), time:matters GmbH (Predseda Dozorčí rady), Fraport AG (Dozorčí rada do 31. prosince 2009), HHLA Intermodal GmbH (Dozorčí rada), K+S AG (Dozorčí rada), VTG AG (Dozorčí rada), Lehnkering GmbH (Předseda Dozorčí rady), Stinnes Corporation, New York (Předseda Dozorčí rady do 31. prosince 2010) a Schweizer Bundesbahn SBB AG (Správní rada). Dr. Malmström byl na začátku jmenovaný na funkční období čtyř (4) let a 27. března 2009 znovu jmenovaný na další čtyřleté (4) funkční období.
